Camping at Lake Houston Park

I know this is an old post, but figured I would post it anyway. On February 8th, we took a camping trip with my parents, 8 of my younger siblings, Micah and Lisa, Chris, Kelsey and Clara and Brandon and Erin. That makes for 20 people (two of them pregnant), 6 dogs and a weekend of fun. We got to the site Friday afternoon and set up camp. We wound up with four tent sites that were in a little cove. There was a big covered pavilion with picnic tables and a shed with water and a very large sink in the middle of the four sites. It worked out perfect for our group. We had TONS of room. We hiked, ate, played games, ate some more, visited, rested and even watched a couple of movies under the stars. My dad set up a projector and bed sheet and my mom even remembered the popcorn! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.
