The Fourth of July

We had a wonderful Fourth of July. We started the morning bright and early at the parade. It was ridiculously hot at 9:00 in the morning. Peanut was too hot to sit in her stroller and it was too sunny out (no shade) for her to be out of the stroller. After an hour and a half or so, we headed on home. Here are the girls at the parade.

After some R & R at home we went over to the Babb's house to visit. The kids had lots of fun playing in the pools, while the adults visited.

Then it was on to Nana's house. Since G-Daddy and the older kids were still in Honduras, it was just the younger kiddos. We had a fun time eating barbecue, swimming and setting off fireworks. It was a pretty relaxing day. I guess I got a little too relaxed and forgot to take any more pictures. Sorry!
