What's up?

Well here is the latest in a real quick, Reader's Digest version:

-We made it through the financing hurdle with NO problems (thank GOD for this). This means selling our house is the last real biggie!
- We close on our new home on the 27th of July (Leah's party is the 28th). We spend the first week laying tile, replacing garage doors, fixing some leaks, etc.
- The second week a paint crew comes in to paint the entire interior, we put down the wood floors, a crew puts in carpet and we move all of our stuff in.
- We have had over 20 showings and 4 offers on our house in the two weeks its been on the market. However, none of them were for the amount we are asking.
- We have learned that when buying homes, people will ask you for just about anything. Really some of these people need help.
- We do have a very promising offer, we just haven't heard back from them.
- We put a new roof on our house starting yesterday. They came back this morning at 6:30 AM to finish the part directly above the bed I WAS sleeping in.
- So basically in the next 2 1/2 weeks we have to sell our house, make a trip to Barnum and Bailey's circus, get through Leah's birthday party, the move and all the work.

I know that I have TONS of catching up to do and pictures to post. Maybe someday it will happen.
